Brad spent 20+ years as a national sales trainer, 10 years as a HUD Direct Endorsed Underwriter, and 11 years as a licensed real estate agent. He holds several leadership training certifications and was named a Master Graduate in 2000.
He has been the lead developer on multi-million-dollar commercial and residential projects and is a certified class instructor with Central Piedmont Community College. He’s been featured in many articles and press releases as an expert in his field.
Angela Roche

Brad’s wife first and mortgage partner second, Angela has worked in every part of the lending business for more than 30 years.

She has handled processing, underwriting, and closing, and was HUD Direct Endorsed approved for more than 10 years. Today she guides clients through the loan process day to day and is licensed in NC, SC, TN, and FL to help with second homes and investment properties.
Angela has managed and owned more than 100 single-family homes and several commercial buildings, and holds leadership training certifications, including a Master Graduate award in 2000.

Third generation in the family business, Bradley originates in the Charleston area and leads new member sales for Mortgage Planner Coaching.

Bradley has been around the mortgage business his whole life. He completed Rapport Leadership International training at just 14 and graduated from UNC Wilmington in 2021.
A competitive athlete with awards in powerlifting and CrossFit, he brings the same discipline and accountability to every client, and also leads sales, marketing, and member experience for Mortgage Planner Coaching.

Third generation on the team, Jacob manages partner relations and helps clients start the mortgage process.

Jacob officially joined the team in June 2021 after graduating from UNC Wilmington in three years with a business degree concentrating in finance. He completed Rapport Leadership International training and the 79-hour real estate pre-licensing course.
Outside the office, you’ll find him on the basketball court, on the golf course, or cheering on the Hornets and Panthers.

Sarah grew up in Peachtree City, Georgia, and attended Georgia College and State University before moving to Charlotte to join the mortgage industry.
Outside the office, she enjoys cooking, staying active, and spending time with friends and family.
