Now part of the third generation in the Roche family legacy, Brad plays a pivotal role in the continued expansion of Mortgage Planner Business—a high-impact training company focused on elevating loan originators through proven systems, strategic execution, and faith-driven leadership. He leads new member enrollment, supports sales and marketing strategy, and helps build out unforgettable member experiences rooted in performance and accountability.

Brad’s background in competitive athletics-including achievements in CrossFit and powerlifting has sharpened his ability to coach others with intensity and empathy. He has helped dozens of coaching clients transform their mindset, increase their discipline, and activate what we call “fire in the belly” the drive to go above and beyond what they thought was possible. His early completion of Rapport Leadership Training International at just 14 years old demonstrates the depth of his commitment to personal growth and influence.

A graduate of UNC Wilmington, Brad brings a fresh, modern lens to Mortgage Planner Coaching’s mission: equipping loan originators with practical frameworks, referral mastery, and daily execution strategies that convert effort into exponential growth.
